关于构建“文化三峡”的几点思考

利用三峡地区强大的文化资源优势发展文化和旅游产业既有助于实现库区移民安稳致富,又有助于维护和促进库区生态的良性发展。而要真正构建＂文化三峡＂,实现文化的大发展就必须尊重文化发展规律,按照文化的规律办文化的事情。这就亟待构建符合文化发展规律的立足于中长期的文化管理体制,注重对文化生态的培育与呵护,在培育文化产业的同时警惕文化大跃进,避免陷入文化GDP陷阱。

Reflections on the Construction of Cultural Three Georges

The full exploration of the cultural resources of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area to develop cultural and tourism industry is conducive to the raising of the living standard of the local emigrants and the ecological environment of the reservoir area.However,to construct a new Three Gorges Area of rich culture,the cultural development laws must be followed and everything must be done within the laws,which includes building a new cultural ecology,constructing a medium-and-long-term cultural management system,and avoiding ＂cultural leap＂ and being trapped by ＂cultural GDP＂.
