| Abstract: | Nowadays with the economic globalization rapid development, to maintain an effective market competitive order, and then realize the social benefit, it is necessary to make an antimonopoly law to standardize them effectively. This paper analyzing the antimonopoly rules of combination of enterprises from the following aspects： entity standardization and Specific standardization. The author wants to provide a little opinion with the implementation of China＇s antimonopoly law. |
