| 摘 要： | 近几年来，我区公路建设与生态环境保护的矛盾日趋突出。目前，我区环境保护虽然取得一定成效，但从总体上看，环境保护形势依然严峻。西藏地质复杂，不仅地震、崩塌、滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害严重，而且属于多年连续冻土地带。另外，生态环境十分脆弱，受“高”、“寒”等恶劣自然条件及全球气候变化的影响，全区生态环境整体上仍处于轻——中度退化状态；污染治理任务繁重，农牧区环境状况不容乐观。如何使公路建设与环境保护相协调已经成为我区公路建设工作者面前的重要课题。结合青藏高原生态环境的特点，简要阐述西藏自治区公路建设中存在的环境保护问题，提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly discusses the existed environmental protection problems of the highway construction in Tibet Autonomous Region and provides some ideas to solve those problems based on the characteristic of the ecological environment of Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. |
