| 摘 要： | 开发一种分析苯酚和甲酚位置异构体的最佳毛细管气相色谱固定相，使用各种β－环糊精衍生物作气相色谱固定相，涂制成弹性石英毛细管柱，研究它们对苯酚和甲酚位置异构体的分离和分析能力。

| Abstract: | To develop a method for
analysis of phenol and cresol isomers using capillary column gas chromatography, the
separation behavior of capillary columns coated with β-CD derivatives was studied. The
results showed that 2,6-di-O-pentyl-3-O-allyl-β-CD was an excellent gas chromatographic
stationary phase to separate and determine phenol and cresol isomers. This method with
good precision had been applied in practice. |
