模糊系统建模与控制的神经网络方法

摘    要:本文将正在迅速发展中的模糊控制、建模方法与神经网络方法结合起来,提出了模糊系统建模与控制的神经网络方法。这种方法的核心是利用神经网络来实现复杂系统的模糊输入和输出间的模糊映射关系,并利用神经网络来学习并记忆人类控制器的知识和经验性的控制策略。本文给出了详细的模型结构和有关算法,并仿真实现了基于神经网络的模糊系统建模与模糊控制。

Abstract:In this paper, an approach based on neural networks to the modelling and control of fuzzy systems is proposed by combining the rapidly developping fuzzy system and control theory and that of neurocontrol. The key idea of the proposed approach is to realize the fuzzy I/O mapping of complex systems and to learn and remember the knowledge and the empirical control strategy of human controllers through the usage of neural networks. The model structures and the relevant algorithms are given in detail. The simulation studies have proved the feasibility and superiority of the proposed approach.
