课堂教学中发挥学生主体性的障碍及对策浅析

摘    要:以课堂教学中学生主体性发挥的困难与问题为研究对象,对现行课堂教学中影响学生主体性发挥的困难与问题进行梳理,对其存在的背景与原因进行分析,并在此基础上提出相关对策建议。学校教育制度缺陷、教师素质和行为局限、学生主体能力不强、学校教学评价方式落后等是造成这种状况的主要原因,它需要通过大力建设社会主义和谐社会、加强学校教学制度变革、改善教师教学方式、建立有针对性的教学评价制度等方式,综合加以解决。

Abstract:This article takes difficulties and the questions of carrying out students' subjectivity as the object of study. First, it summarizes the difficulties and the questions about putting the students' subjectivity in the classroom instruction; then, it analyzes the backgrounds and the reasons related to these difficulties and questions; finally, it puts forward related countermeasures and suggestions. For the author, the primary causes aye as follows:defects of the present school education system; limitation of teachers' quality and behavior; weakness of students' subjectivity; backwardness of school teaching appraisal. Consideration of these, we need to construct the socialism harmonious society vigorously; transform the school teaching organization form; improve the ways of teaching and the establishment of targeted teaching appraisal system as the integrated solution.
