玉米杂交后胚胎中蛋白质和细胞分裂素类物质变化的研究

摘    要:玉米七个杂交组合及与其亲本自交授粉后1d,3d,7d、10d四个时期胚胎中蛋白质含量增长速度不同。授粉后1d胚胎中蛋白质电泳谱带分离清楚,分子量为94,000~67,000的蛋白带较少,而在67,000~43,000和40,000~20,000范围内的蛋白带分布集中。在分子量大于43,000的蛋白带中,杂交胚的某些蛋白分子量大于或介于自交亲本,在43,000以下的,杂交胚中某些蛋白分子量介于或小于自交亲本。授粉后10d大分子蛋白带有所增加,杂交胚胎中总的细胞分裂素类物质和玉米素含量均显著高于自交双亲。

Abstract:We have studied the protein content in the embryos of maize combinations and their parents on the 1st. 3rd, 7th and 10th days after pollination, analyzed protein SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and estimated content of cytokininsinthe embryos of hybrids and their parential inbreds by amarancin bioassay.The results shcwed that the speeds of protein increase in the embryos are different at the 4 stages after hybridizing and their parents inbreeding pollination. Electrophoretic bands separateclearly on the 1st day. Protein bands with molecular weight 94,000-67,000 are less. Protein bands with molecular weight 67,000-43,000,40,000-20,000 are more concentrated. Protein bands with molecular weight more than 43, 000 shows that the molecular weight or some proteins in hybrid embryos are greater than or between the inbreeding parents. Protein bands with less than 43, 000 shows that molecular weight of some proteins in hybrid embryos are between or less than their inbreeding parents. Electrophoretic protein in the embryos separate unclearly on the 3rd day after pollination. Protein concentration in the embryos increase fast. Macromolecular protein bands increases on the 10th day after pollination. The total amount of cytokinins in hybridizing embryos and zeatin content are obvioursly greater than their parents. It may be seen from those above that maize hetcrosis is under th control of not only genetic expression but also endogenous cytokinins content.
