| 摘 要： | 加拿大的“宜居区域战略规划”(LRSP),重视协调处理人口增长与资源、环境的关系,谋求可持续发展,使加拿大大温哥华区成为全球最适宜人类居住的地区之一。我国现阶段城市发展存在许多问题,“宜居区域战略规划”可以在生态优化与耕地保护、精明增长与城市发展以及规划执行等方面为我们提供很好的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The "livable residential strategy planning" of Canada lays emphasis on the treatment of the relation between the population increase and resources and environment and seeks the sustainable development,thus making Vancouver become one of the most livable areas.In our country,the present urban development has many problems.The "livable residential strategy planning" gives us good enlightenment in optimization of ecology and protection of farm land,sharp increase and urban development as well as plan execution,etc. |
