宜宾碧源竹醋液成分分析

摘    要:采用气相色谱-质谱(Gc-Ms)联用技术分析了宜宾碧源所产竹醋液的成分。结果表明:宜宾碧源竹醋液是一种含多种复杂成分的混合物,主要成分是水(80%),其它还有有机酸(24.67%)、酚类(6.77%)、酮类(31.41%)、醇类(3.59%)、醛类(15.5%)等44种主要物质。

Abstract:GC-MS was used to separate and analysis the components of bamboo vinegar produced in Biyuan Yibin.It is mixture containing many kinds of complicated compositions.The principal component is water(accounting for 80%),secondly there are 44 kinds of compositions including organic sour(24.67%),hydroxybenzene(6.77%),ketone(31.41%),alcohol(3.59%),aldehyde(15.5%).
