| 摘 要： | 将ACLSV CP基因克隆到表达载体ρET-28a( )中，转化大肠杆菌BL21，筛选得到阳性克隆pET-ACP，用IPTG诱导使其表达，SDS-PAGE电泳分析表明，预期的22kD外壳蛋白在大肠杆菌中得到大量表达，并加以纯化，用于制备抗血清。

| Abstract: | The coat protein gene of ACLSV was cloned into expression vector pET-28a( ),then translated into E.coli BL21,and the recombinant plasimid was obtained.ACLSV CP gene was expressed in E.coli through IPTG inducing.A 22kDa peculiar protein as expected was shown in SDS-PAGE.The expressed protein was pufied and it will be used for preparing antiserum. |
