植物胶的改性及其在钻探工程中的应用

摘    要:天然野生植物胶是配制无粘土冲洗液的主要原材料.年来,随着环保意识的逐渐加强,野生植物资源的开采受到极大限制,植物胶已面临全面枯竭的状况。故需要寻找可替代的植物胶资源。目标是原料易得,可种植再生或人工合成,且成本较低。作者以一种可种植再生的植物胶--瓜尔胶为研究对象,通过适度交联改性和性能控制等手性,形成可满足钻进要求的新型复合胶无粘土冲洗液。经现场试用,效果较好,完全满足地质钻探的要求。

Abstract:Natural wild vegetable gum is the main raw material of non clay fluid. But in recent years, the resource of the gum has been restricted hugely and the gum has been faced with the situation of exhaustion completely with the improvement of the environment consciousness. So people must should find other vegetable gum which can be gotten easily, raised, reproduced or synthesized and the cost of which is lower . In this article, the authors study a new vegetable gum - guar gum. This gum can be raised and reproduced to form a new recombination and non clay fluid. It can meet the requirements of drilling by the way of proper cross linking modification and function controlled. It can completely content the requirements of geologic drilling for the good effects of the field application.
