基于TRIZ的加工工艺4步骤设计法

摘    要:基于TRIZ原理,提出解决难加工对象工艺4步骤设计法,该方法以加工对象为依据,明确设计目标,确定最终理想解;以加工对象的加工难度为目标定义冲突,指出技术矛盾;用系统分析、功能分析、矛盾分析、资源分析等环节寻找解决冲突的理论方法,分析技术矛盾;应用TRIZ原理解决技术矛盾.以液压制动主缸补偿孔加工为例,应用4步骤设计法提出合理的工艺路线.结果表明,该法具有工序集中,降低生产成本,减少加工时间和搬运次数,增加单位时间工件数量,提高工作效率等优点.

Abstract:Based on the principle TRIZ,FSDT(Four-Step Design Technique)which solves the machining technics of difficult machining objects is put forward.The technique confirms the final ideal solution and design goal relying on machining objects.The conflict defined aims at the difficulty of machining objects,pointing out the technical contradiction.The theoretic methods are found to solve the conflict and analyze the technical contradiction by ways of systematic analysis,function analysis,contradiction analysis,resou...
