喷淋液滴运动轨迹及有效控制半径的理论模型研究

摘    要:通过求解单个液滴的动量方程,得到喷淋液滴水平运动速度分量和竖直运动速度分量的理论模型,并在此基础上进一步建立了喷淋有效控制半径的预测模型.实验结果表明,液滴喷出后,其水平运动速度分量很快衰减到零,竖直运动速度分量将渐进于匀速状态.初始喷射角、粒径以及初始速度是影响喷淋液滴运动包络线的决定性因素.初始喷射角越大,液滴的保护半径越大;液滴粒径越大,液滴的保护半径越大;液滴初始速度越大,液滴的保护半径距离越大.当喷头高度高于一定值后,初始速度相同的液滴,其保护半径相同.

Abstract:The model of horizontal velocity and vertical velocity and covered radius of water droplets discharged from a sprinkler were derived by solving the equation of motion of water droplets.The results show that when water droplets are ejected from the sprinkler,the horizontal velocity falls to zero quickly,and the vertical velocity will achieve terminal velocity.Initial projection angle,droplet diameter and initial velocity are decisive factors that affect the trajectory of droplets.The bigger the projection angle,the bigger the covered radius the droplets reach;the bigger the droplet diameter,the bigger the covered radius the droplets reach;the bigger the initial velocity,the bigger the covered radius the droplets reach;when increasing the height of the sprinkler,the covered radius the droplets reach at the same initial velocity is the same.
