从信息道德教育的角度论高校图书馆的人文关怀

摘    要:教育是图书馆两大基本职能之一。从本体论、认识论、控制论3个层面释明人文主义是图书馆工作之核心、信息道德教育是人文主义之应有内涵、信息过滤与控制是信息道德教育之重要途径。指出信息的入藏和利用在信息过滤与控制过程中的实践意义,得出应克服“书本位”“藏本位”思想,牢固树立“人本位”“用本位”观念的基本结论。

Abstract:The education is one of two major basic functions of the library. From three levels of the ontology, epistemology, and cybernetics, this paper illustrates that the humanism is the core of the library works, the education of information ethics is the connotation of the humanism, the information filtering and controlling are the important paths of the education of information ethics. And this paper points out the storage and utilization of the information have practical significance in the course of information filtering and controlling, and draws the basic conclusion that university library should overcome the thoughts of "the book standard" and "the storage standard" and establishing the conceptions of "the people standard" and "the application standard".
