甘草废渣中抗菌抗氧化剂的提取及其化学组成

摘    要:进行了用有机溶剂从甘草废渣中提取抗菌抗氧化剂的研究.考察了两种有机溶剂对抗菌抗氧剂提取率的影响,提取得到的抗菌抗氧化剂的有效成分主要为黄酮类化合物.并首次从甘草废渣提取物中鉴定出了具有生理活性的亚麻酸乙酯.

Abstract:For the first time, a novel method for the extraction of antimicrobial and antioxidant agents(AMA) from licorice residue using organic solvent method was described. Influences of extraction conditions, such as extraction method, extraction solvent and laying time on the AMAOA extraction were studied. The extracts contained flavonoids as the main constituent. 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid, ethyl ester was the bioactivity component separated from licorice residue for the first time.
