浅谈中国传统科技观及其对中国古代科技发展的影响

圣人创造发明科技论体现了重视人类自身力量的科学思想；有机整体自然科技观，强调从世界的统一性和事物联系性中来思考和解决问题，但在此基础上创造出的具有无限包容性的理论，很大程度上限制了中国自然科学走上独立研究的道路，使其始终包含在思辨哲学和其它文化形态中；重科学技术的现实功用的价值取向，促进了古代技术的大发展，但不太注重对科学事理或成因的探寻，阻碍了中国古代科学研究工作的全面发展；重经验总结、轻科学理论创造的科技倾向，局限于对实际操作程序的记录，基本上没有超出经验层次和升华到系统的理论体系，很大程度上限制了中国古代自然科学理论的创造发展。

Brief Discussion about Traditional Chinese Views towards Science and Technology and its Influence on Technology Development in Ancient China

This article mainly discourses on four traditional views towards science and technology and their influence on technology development.The view that the sage made inventions stressed the strength of man himself;the organic whole view of natural science noted that problems could only be solved by pondering the unity and relations of things,the infinite comprehensive theory based on which to a great extent limited Chinese natural sciences to get on the track of independent research;the utilitarian view valuing science and technology promoted the progress in technology in ancient China but hindered development of science in an all-around way,for it didn't pay great attention to reasoning out scientific phenomena;a technical-oriented view attaching importance to summing-up of experience but underestimating the creation of scientific theory,was confined to record the operational procedure,greatly limited the creative development of natural scientific theory in ancient China.
