| Abstract: | This paper, on basis of demonstration of the preparation of mangano- manganie oxide by means of rusting method, puts forward the new concept of multi - phase oxidation reduction for preparation of ultramicro powder and makes theoretic analysis of multi - phase oxidation reduction from the perspective of thermodynamics and dynamics. |
