图像处理在管内结霜厚度测量中的应用

摘    要:在深冷条件下,换热器管内高速含湿气流有可能在换热表面结霜,进而发生霜吹除和霜崩塌,影响换热效果,堵塞进气道,危及流动,为观察管内流动结霜的图像与生长特性,测量其霜层的厚度,引入了CCD(Charge-Coupled Device)摄像系统和图像卡,利用图像处理中的边缘检测、噪声抑制和图像分割等技术,实现了一个管内结霜霜层厚度动态监测系统,该系统可实时记录结霜图像,在进行相应的图像处理后计算出霜层厚度,实验结果证明了该系统的有效性。

Abstract:When high speed and wet air passes the cryogenic surface of heat exchanger, the steam in the wet air has a possibility of forming frost on it. Then the frost may be blown off and collapse, which affects the heat transfer effect, even blocks up the input and endangers the flow. In order to observe the growing frost and its characteristics in the tube, a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) system and image adapter are introduced to detect the height of growing frost. The techniques of edge detection, noise suppression, and image segmentation are adopted to develop this dynamic height detecting system. It can catch and store the images of growing frost in real time and figure out the height of growing frost after the images has been processed. The results show that it works well.
