| 摘 要： | 研究和解决高校经济困难学生问题已成为目前高校面临的一项重要课题。根据新时期地方院校的特点,分析了地方高校出现贫困生较多的主客观原因和已有的助学方式的优势和不足,提出结合实际构建有地方特色的“奖、贷、助、补、缓”高校助学管理体系,探索一条“助学——实习——就业一体化”的侨兴助学道路,加强资助困难学生工作的针对性和实效性。

| Abstract: | Studying and resolving the higher school poverty student problem has gradually been becoming a critical subject for the high school.According to the features of the local colleges in the new period,this article analyzes the possible cause of the phenomenon and the advantage and deficiency of the existing countermeasures,establishing the local flavor aiding management system as:fellowship?loan?assistance?subsidy?deferment,and putting forward the"Qiao Xing"grant in aid model:aid-practice-employment unified for enhancing the pertinence and efficiency of aiding the poverty students. |
