| 摘 要： | 分别对公司股权控制形式中的纯粹控股公司及多级控股结构的控股效应、收益和股权价值等方面进行了分析与研究，结果表明：这种股权控制形式在具有较强的控股效应的同时，也相应损失了股权的价值．

| Abstract: | This paper studies the holding effect, return on equity and stock value o f the pure holding company and multiple-holding structure about the company con trol form. The analyses indicate that this control form have powerful holding ef fect, but lose the value of stockholder. |
