| 摘 要： | 阐述了基于Profibus-DP现场电动执行机构测试系统的整体实现方案,介绍了系统软硬件实现方法,着重介绍了用WinCC实现对多个电动执行机构状态检测、参数设定与报警及实时归档.开发系统目的在于为基于PROFI- BUS-DP现场总线的电动执行机构的批量测试提供方便.目前该系统通过测试,运行良好,可为电动执行机构的调试和性能指标的检测提供依据.

| Abstract: | This paper illustrates the realization of test system of electronic actuators based on PROFIBUS-DP,and introduces hardware and software design of the system.It mainly describes the way to monitor the state of electronic actuators,to set pa- rameters,to alarm,and to archive in real-time with HMI software WinCC.The system has been tested and is running well. The goal of developing such system is to facilitate tests of electronic actuators based on PROFIBUS-DP.The system can be used for debugging and making the performance of electronic actuators. |
