纳米TiO_2薄膜制备过程中的影响因素

摘    要:介绍溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2薄膜的工艺,采用实验研究与理论分析相结合的方法,讨论了薄膜制备过程中影响制膜质量的加水方式、加水量、乙醇量、水解温度、烧结及提拉条件等主要工艺因素,最终获得制备纳米TiO2薄膜的优化工艺.

Abstract:Nanometer titanium dioxide films are prepared from titanium butyrate by sol -gel process. By studying several important factors, such as the concentration of water and ethanol, the hydrolyzion and sintering temperature and lift rate, the optimal technological conditions for preparation and loading of nanometer titanium dioxide films are obtained.
