基于EBI与FCS的绿色智能建筑楼宇自控系统集成设计与研究

摘    要:当前,信息技术发展迅速,以EBI(Enterprise Buildings Integrator)和FCS(Fieldbus Control System)为代表的先进控制技术成为当前楼宇自控系统不断发展和应用的潮流,极大促进了新建以及在建绿色智能建筑的建设和发展,人们对建筑物的系统集成和使用功能等要求也越来越高.该文以某建筑设备自动化系统工程为背景,通过对其楼宇自控系统的方案设计与分析,最终通过利用EBI与FCS等技术,将供中央空调、供配电、照明以及第三方协议设备与EXCEL5000 EBI系统相集成,用以监控绿色智能建筑的能耗,实现了多资源的高效运行,从而进一步增强和提高了绿色智能建筑的控制水平、使用功能以及服务效率.

Abstract:At present, with the rapid development of information technology, the EBI (Enterprise Buildings Integrator) and FCS (Fieldbus Control System) as the representative of the advanced technology have become the current development and application trend of building automation system, which has promoted the construction and development of new and built green intelligent buildings. Demands of system integration and the functionality on various kinds of buildings are also much higher than before. A certain building automation system project is taken as the research background in this paper. Through design and analysis of its building automation system followed by the use of EBI and FCS technology, integration of EXCEL 5000EBI system with air conditioner system, power distribution system, lighting system and the third protocol devices is carried out to supervise the energy consumption. The above method realizes the efficient operation of multiple resources,and improve the service efficiency , functionality requirement and control level of green intelligent buildings.
