商务英语人才培养模式探究

众所周知,高职院校的办学特色就是职业化和技能性,所以培养出来的商务英语专业人才要具备较高英语水平、且具有扎实的商务专业知识及操作技能。然而,由于高职院校长期以来一直实行的是只注重传授语言知识技能和商务,知识的人才培养模式,即强调理论知识灌输,因而培养出来的人才难以满足社会的需要。实践证明,以市场为导向、以就业为本位来创新商务英语人才培养模式是高职院校适应新时代发展的根本之道。

It is well known that the feature of higher vocational colleges is career-oriented and skill-oriented, thus the business English major graduates should have high English level and solid business professional knowledge and skills. However, higher vocational colleges have long been applying the training mode which only focuses on teaching language knowledge and skills and business knowledge. The mode only puts emphasis on theoretical knowledge, therefore it is difficult for the graduates to meet the needs of society. Practice has proved that taking the market as the guidance, employment as the standard to innovate the business English talents training mode is the fundamental way for the higher vocational colleges to adjust to the development of the new era.
