单晶体SOD力学性能的实验及数值模拟

摘    要:采用纳米压痕硬度计,测量了沸石分子筛方钠石SOD大单晶的力学性能,得到了载荷 位移曲线图和硬度、弹性模量随压痕深度变化的值。并利用ANSYS有限元程序对沸石单晶体SOD的弹性阶段进行了二维数值模拟,考察了摩擦、压头尖端半径对模拟结果的影响,得到了压痕过程中加卸载时的载荷 位移曲线,模拟结果在趋势上与实验结果有较好的吻合,与理论分析的载荷 位移关系基本一致,较好地反应了弹性纳米压痕的实验过程。

Abstract:The determination of the mechanical properties of zeolite sodalite single crystals by nanoindention technology is reported in this paper. The load,unload-displacement curves, the hardness and the elastic modulus of zeolite sodalite single crystals are gained. The 2D simulation of zeolite sodalite single crystals in the elastic phase is carried out using ANSYS, the influence of friction and tip radius of the indenter are investigated. The simulation results of load, unload-displacement curves have the similar trend with experimental data. They also have the same relationship between load and displacement with theoretical analysis.
