基于多点成形的颅骨钛板假体数字化制造技术

摘    要:基于多点成形技术,提出了一种全新的用于颅骨缺损修补的钛板假体数字化制造技术.首先,从病人患处的CT数据集中重构颅骨三角网格模型.然后,采样该三角网格模型获得代表性散乱点集,使用薄板样条插值技术重建得到钛板假体表面形状模型.最后,将该表面模型传递给多点成形CAD/CAM系统控制多点压力机最终成形出所需的钛板假体.得益于多点成形和计算机辅助设计技术的紧密融和,该技术能够显著缩短钛板假体的制造周期,同时大大提高假体与患处的贴合精度.目前,应用该技术已完成近10例,可以初步证实其可行性及效率.

Abstract:Based on the multi-point forming(MPF) technology,a novel digital manufacturing method of cranial titanium plates for the repair of skull defects was developed.Firstly,a 3D triangular mesh model of the skull is reconstructed from CT data set.Then,the skull polygon model is sampled to obtain representative scattered point set.The thin-plate spline interpolation technology is used to reconstruct it to gain surface model of titanium prosthesis. Finally,the surface model is transformed to MPF CAD/CAM software and the titanium prosthesis is deformed by an MPF press.Due to the close integration of MPF and computer-aided design technology,the method can remarkably shorten the production cycle of titanium cranioplasty,as well as keeping an improved fitting precision.About ten practical example applications have been finished,which proves the feasibility and efficiency of the method.
