摘    要:为确定电弧炉-VHD 过程的脱氧制度,本文论述了在该工艺过程取样分析的基础上,运用热力学理论,数理统计及计算机数据处理方法,确定出电弧炉粗炼钢液的残铝量与VHD 过程精炼后钢液残铝量,以及终渣成分、精炼时间等工艺参数,因而获得良好的精炼效果。

Abstract:With sample analysis made in VHD processes in association with an electricfurnace, the deoxidation regime was determined by means of thermal dynamics,mathematical statistics, and data processing by computer. Both the Al contentresidues in the primary molten steel and those after the VHD refining werefinished, as well as such parameters as final slag composition and refiningtime, etc. A good refining effect was thus achieved.
