七笔形声输入法

七笔形声输入法是一种形码与音码相结合的汉字输入法。它确立横，竖，撇，点，折，钩，方7种笔形，从它们的组合笔形中筛选出26种作为码元,再挑选26个与形码元有联系的代表字，将各形码元和代表字分别配于26年拉丁字母作为代码，按所给编码规则，每个字至多3个形码和1个音码，该输入法限制性因素少，适应范围广，成本低，重码率低，击键次数少，应用广，用户可在通用机上操作。

THE SHAPE-PHONETIC INPUT METHOD WITH SEVEN CHINESE CHARACTER STROKES

This input method is a Chinese character input method combining shape code with phonetic codes, It defines seven strokes; horizontal stroke, vertical stroke, left falling stroke, dot stroke, turning stroke, tick stroke, square stroke. From their combinatory strokes 26 strokes are selected as shape code elements and then 26 representative Chinese characters which are related to shape code elements. The shape code elements and the representative Chinese characters are assigned separately to 26 Latin letters to be codes. According to the given coding regulation, each character contains 3 shape codes and 1 phonetic code at most and hence consumers can operate on a general purpose comp(?)er. This input method has fewer restrictive factors, extensive adaptability, low cost, low rate of repeated codes, fewer frequencies of keyboad striking and wide applieations.
