毛细管电泳流动注射进样装置的研究

摘    要:设计了一种简单的毛细管电泳流动注射进样装置,利用双道蠕动泵分别输送样品和缓冲液,由瞬间关闭控制阀所产生的流体压力将样品引入分离毛细管.此进样方法操作简便且重现性较好,能实现自动、快速进样.

Abstract:A new type of flow injection equipment was designed. About the equipment, sample and buffer solution were sent into the interface by a double-channel peristaltic pump, then, the sample was introduced into the capillary by hydrodynamic pressure produced with instantaneous close of controlling valve. Handy operation and better repeatability of the equipment was demonstrated as well as fast and automated sampling.
