| 摘 要： | 用博弈模型研究了企业在降低产品边际成本的 R& D过程中 ,研究合作组织形成的伙伴选择问题 .分析了事前成本非对称对 RJVs形成的影响 ,认为非对称程度越大 ,越难以形成 RJVs.此外创新产品产业化后的市场利润对 RJVs形成有一定的影响作用 .

| Abstract: | The partners choice of RJVs is studied in this paper with a game in the R&D process to decrease the marginal cost. The influence of the asymmetric cost on the RJVs formation is sufficiently studied. Conclusions can be got that the larger the cost asymmetric, the more difficult the formation of RJVs. The market profit of the innovation also affects the formation of RJVs. |
