高举旗帜与时俱进进一步加强和改进高校党建工作

在新的历史条件下 ,高等学校必须以“三个代表”重要思想和十五届六中全会精神为指针 ,进一步加强和改进高校党建工作 ,扎扎实实地把“三个代表”重要思想贯彻落实到学校的思想政治教育和精神文明建设中去 ,全面推进党的思想、政治、组织、作风建设。要始终把加强领导班子和干部队伍建设作为学习实践“三个代表”的根本要求 ;始终把坚持贯彻民主集中制原则、发扬党内民主作为学习实践“三个代表”的根本任务 ;始终把加强思想政治工作和精神文明建设 ,积极推进“三个代表”重要思想进课堂、进教材、进学生头脑作为学习实践“三个代表”的重要使命 ;始终把强化党的基层组织建设、发展新党员作为学习实践“三个代表”的根本大计 ;始终把切实加强和改善党的作风建设作为学习实践“三个代表”的根本落脚点。

Hold High the Party banner and Keep Pace with the times--To Enhance and Improve the Party Building in Colleges and Universities

Under present circumstances, it is necessary to enhance and improve the party building in Chinese colleges and universities with the "Three Representatives" thought and spirit of the 6 th Plenary Session of the 15 th Central Committee of the CPC as the guiding principle. We should practice the "Three Representatives" thought in ideological and political education and spiritual civilization so as to promote the Party building concerning ideology, politics, organization and style of work. To enhance the building of leading group and contingent of cadres should always be regarded as the fundamental requisition of the practice of the "three Representatives" thought; to insist upon the implementation of principle of democratic centralism and keep up inner-party democracy as the cardinal task; to reinforce ideological and political work and cultural building, and actively put the "Three Representatives" thought into school education as the pressing commission; to strengthen the organizational building of basic units and admit new Party members as the matter of vital importance; and to enhance and improve the Party's style of work as the fundamental objective.
