砌体建筑物单侧偏沉降的力学分析

摘    要:结合工程实例 ,将建筑物的沉降裂缝分为弯曲型、剪切型和混合型裂缝。根据材料力学的弯曲理论 ,确定了建筑物单侧偏沉降的计算简图以及弯曲变形的等效荷载 ,由混凝土和砖砌体的弹模比 ,计算得到单片墙体带有圈梁砌体的抗弯刚度。应力分析表明 ,计算确定的开裂范围和建筑物实际出现的裂缝位置基本一致 ,这对于控制建筑物的沉降裂缝具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In an example of engineering ,sedimentation cracks in building are divided into bending type?shear type and combination type . Calculation model of deflection sedimentation and equivalent loading of bending deflection of building are established according to the bending theory of material mechanics.Bending rigidity of wall with the ring beam is obtained by radio of elastic modulus of concrete and brick Analysis of strain shows that locations cracks in building is accordant comparing to the result of computation . It will play an important role in controlling the sedimentation cracks of building.
