| 摘 要： | 本文以"卓越工程师教育培养计划"为背景,介绍了国外工程型本科教育教学模式,总结了先进教育理念,依据我国卓越计划通用标准,提出了华北科技学院采矿工程专业人才培养方案的改革与创新。实现培养目的的途径主要包括以下三个方面:一是加强与企业合作;二是建立采矿工程专业教育理论体系;三是注重采矿精神教育。

| Abstract: | This paper took “a plan for educating and training outstanding engineers （PETOE）”as back-ground,introduced abroad engineering ender graduate education and teaching mode,summarized advanced educational concepts,based on the general standard of PETOE,Reformed and Innovated talent training plan of mining engineering major in NCIST.Achieving this goal from 3 respects,firstly,should Strengthen coopera-tion and exchanges with enterprise;secondly,build professional education theoretical system;finally,proposed mining spiritual education. |
