摘    要:为了更好地研究矿井通风系统安全,本文根据矿井通风系统特点,深入研究建立了多层次的通风系统评价因素指标体系。基于层次分析法研究并确定了20个评价指标的权值并进行了一致性检验。运用未确知测度理论构造了未确知测度模型,计算出各评价指标的未确知测度值并根据置信度识别准则进行等级判定,分析得出了评价结果。针对一个矿井矿的通风系统进行评价,评价结果与该矿的安全现状一致,结果表明本文建立的未确知测度理论和层次分析法相结合的通风安全性评价方法是可行的。

Abstract:Based on the characteristic analysis on mine ventilation system,this paper establishes a multi-hi-erarchy index system of evaluation factors for ventilation system state,and according to the importance of the analytic hierarchy process analysed and made certain 20 evaluation indexes value and the coherence verifica-tion are made. A result of safety evaluation was educed according to the rules of credible recognition after an unascertained measure model was constructed,and according to the importance unascertained measure values of all evaluation indexes were calculated. We made a safety evaluation to the ventilation system of a mine and the result of the safety evaluation is the same as the safety status quo of the mine. So the results show that the safety evaluation method which is based on the unascertained measure theory and the analytic hierarchy process is feasible in this paper.
