摘    要:钻杆在使用过程中由于工况恶劣,受力情况复杂,其螺纹部位极易发生疲劳失效,造成重大损失。笔者利用磁记忆检测的基本原理,对不同使用工况的钻杆螺纹部位的疲劳损伤情况进行了现场检测试验,验证了磁记忆检测技术在检测钻杆螺纹疲劳损伤状况方面的可用性,证实了螺纹容易发生疲劳损伤的部位位于密封面端起前三扣位置,同时证实随着使用时间的延长,钻杆螺纹部位疲劳损伤越严重,并且在对大量检测数据进行分析的基础上建立了钻杆螺纹分级推荐标准。

Abstract:The thread of drilling pipes can easily generate fatigue failure and cause heavy losses because of bad working condition and complicated stresses in drilling process.Field examinations of the fatigue failure of the drill pipe thread in different operating conditions were carried out based on the theory of MMMT (Metal Magnetic Memory Testing).The field examinations verified that MMMT is useful in examination of the fatigue failure of the drill pipe,and it is the first three threads from the sealing face that can easily generate fatigue failure,and the longer time the drill pipes are used,the more serious fatigue damage condition of the drill pipe thread will happen.And the recommended standard of the drill pipe thread classification is established based on the analysis of a large number of inspection data.
