煤柱尺寸留设数值模拟研究

摘    要:护巷煤柱尺寸是影响回采巷道顶板围岩稳定性的一个重要因素。禾草沟煤矿开采过程中矿山压力比较明显,原设计预留大煤柱,造成较大煤炭损失。基于禾草煤矿煤层地质条件,采用数值模拟软件FLAC3D,建立了煤柱尺寸为6 m、8 m、10 m、12 m和14 m数值模型,模拟研究了煤柱及巷道塑性破坏区范围,沿空巷道应力分布,沿空巷道位移情况。综合考虑塑性区破坏范围、最大主应力、顶板位移值和资源回收等因素,该矿煤柱为10 m时符合经济安全开采要求。

Abstract:The size of Coal pillar is an important factor affecting the stability of surrounding rock.There is the big pillar in He Cao Gou Coal Mine,causing great loss of coal.Based on the geological condition of coal seam in He Cao Gou Coal Mine,We built a numerical model for the size of coal pillar of 6 m,8 m,10 m,12 m and 14 m by using the software FLAC3D to numerically study the coal pillar and the plastic failure area,the stress distribution along the roadway,roadway displacement.Considering the plastic zone damage range,the maxi-mum principal stress,roof displacement value and resource recycling and other factors,it meets the require-ments of economic and safety mining.when the coal pillar is 10m.
