安全生产监督管理现状与对策

在目前安全生产监督管理实践中,依然存在着监督管理不接地气,管理思维有误区,管理体制不健全,管理机制不完善等薄弱问题。研究分析认为,只有通过落实修订《安全生产法》,扩大基层政府属地监督管理权限,加快管理体制改革,形成常效管理机制,强化基层政府安全生产工作责任和生产经营单位主体责任,依法办事,爱护安全生产监督管理队伍等一系列举措,才能大大提高安全生产监督管理水平,以实现提升安全生产监督管理实效的目的。

The present situation and countermeasvres of the supervision and administration of production safety

In the management of production safety work,there are many problems,such as,supervision and management without practice,misunderstanding of supervision management and supervision,unsound manage-ment system and imperfect management mechanism. The author believes that,through a series of initiatives, such as we should correct Production Safety Law and expand grass-roots government territorial supervision and management authority. Then we should speed up the reform of the supervision and management system and formate effective mechanism. We also should strengthen the government responsibility and business opera-tion entity responsibility main body. According to law,we should take care of safety production supervision management team etc. We will greatly enhance the level of the supervision and administration of production safety,so that our government can improve the actual effect of the supervision and administration of production safety.
