| 摘 要： | 从ERP项目风险产生的内因入手，分析了ERP项目产生风险的因素，指出ERP项目风险在现阶段不可规避，结合其他外部风险，给出了风险评价体系和风险因素集，为进一步进行ERP项目风险管理奠定了基础，同时通过国内外相关文献的研究，提出了相关对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Starting from the intrinsic factors causing ERP project risks, this paper analyzes the ERP project risk factors, and points out that ERP project risks can not be avoided at present, and puts forward the ERP project risk assessment system and risk factor set, which provide the base for management of ERP project risks, and presents some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions through researching the domestic and foreign literatures relevant to the ERP project risks. |
