摘    要:钢球磨煤机中储式制粉系统具有多变量、强耦合、强非线性、工况变化大等综合复杂性,建立其仿真模型是进行先进控制方法和策略的基础.目前的磨煤机机理模型由于使用简化的磨煤机平均温度代替出口温度,因此该模型动态特性与实际过程相差较大.针对上述问题,提出一种新型的磨煤机出口温度的仿真模型结构,通过纯滞后补偿环节将磨煤机温度传递过程中的时滞特性纳入机理模型,并采用相关分析方法,确定滞后时间常数.采用现场实际数据建立上述模型,实验结果表明该仿真模型显著提高了磨煤机出口温度的精度.

Abstract:Coal-pulverizing system with ball mill is multivariable with strong coupling and non-linearity, and its operating conditions vary violently. Establishing its simulation model is the foundation for the deeper research of advanced control strategies. In conventional principle models, the outlet temperature has been substituted by the average temperature of the mill resulting large dynamic errors. To deal with this problem novel model architecture for ball mill outlet temperature was developed. The delay character of thermal conduction in the mill was introduced into the principle mode through time-delay compensation element. The delay consistent was determined using correlation analysis. Such a model was established using actual process data. Experiment results show the accuracy of outlet temperature has been improved significantly.
