完善我国证券市场退市制度的思考

分析了我国证券市场的退市机制的特点:市场只有强制退市,而主动退市和自动退市还没有引起人们的足够重视;真正退市的企业少之又少;我国上市公司的退市标准仅就连续亏损一种情况作出规定;缺乏完整的证券市场体系。退市标准与国际不统一。认为产生的原因在于证券市场的定位、上市资源的稀缺、地方保护和投资理念不正确。需要建立多层次的市场体系、建立民事赔偿制度和配套制度来完善。

Reflection on delisting mechanism of stock market in China

Analyses the characteristics of delisting mechanism in stock market of China.There is only enforcing delisting,and people do not pay much attention to withdrawal of delisting and going private.Few enterprises are delisted strictly.The dilisting standards of listed corporations just prescribe one instance:continuously to the bad.The stock market system of China is imperfect.The delisting standards are incongruous with international ones.The reasons of above are the inaccurate orientation of stock market,the listed corporations in short supply,locality protection and incorrect method in investment.To perfect the stock market,a multi-level system,the civil compensation system and other correlative systems should be established.
