| 摘 要： | 企业家是企业的脊梁，如何保证最有经营管理能力的人成为企业经营者，如何建立起一套有效的国有企业经营者选择机制，是国有企业改革中的一个难点问题。目前，我国企业经营者的选择机制主要是行政指派选择机制，这种机制具有很多弊端。我们必须建立和完善符合社会主义市场经济体制要求的市场化经营者选择机制。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurs play an important role in business.It is a difficult problem to tackle in state-owned enterprise reform.How to select the capable and qualified business executives and how to set up an efficient managerial mechanism.The present mechanism,mainly appointed by administrative organizations,has many disadvantages.It's quite necessary to establish and perfect the managerial mechanism,which can meet the requirements of socialist market economic system. |
