流动注射-导数-火焰原子吸收分析技术的实验考察与分析评价

摘    要:通过实验考察了流动注射-导数-火焰原子吸收信号的特征及影响灵敏度的因素,并对导数原子吸收法和常规原子吸收法的基线稳定性、灵敏度、精密度和检出限进行了比较。结果表明,流动注射-导数-火焰原子吸收法较常规原子吸收法具有较高的灵敏度、较好的精密度和更低的检出限。

Abstract:The signal characteristic and the factors that affect the sensitivity of the flow injection derivative atomic absorption spectrometry(FI-DFAAS) had been investigated in this paper. The base line stability, sensitivity, precision and detecting limit had been compared between FI-FAAS and FI-DFAAS. The results show that better precision, higher sensitivity and lower detection limit were obtained with the FI-DFAAS .
