综放开采松散顶煤落放规律的离散元模拟研究

摘    要:运用离散单元法对综放开采单放煤口放煤和支架推进过程中顶煤放出的全过程进行了模拟。根据模拟结果,对放出体的形态,接触力,速度场,顶煤厚度,移架步距对纯煤回收率的影响等问题进行了分析,指出运用传统的放煤椭球体理论计算低放煤,顶煤厚度较薄的综放开采问题是有缺陷的,提出顶煤落放过程的概念。

Abstract:The drawing law of top-coal on a single opening and the whole caving process when support advancing are modeled in this paper by means of Distinct Element Method (DEM). By the analysis of the drawn body, contact force, speed field, top-coal thickness and the influence of drawing interval on recovery ratio, theweakness of the traditional ellipse theory when using in longwall sublevel caving mining of low-lying and thinner thickness top-coal is pointed out with the suggestion of a new concept of top-coal falling and caving.
