高强轻骨料混凝土收缩和徐变试验

摘    要:对大跨桥梁等结构中强度等级为48.7-72.2MPa的高强轻骨料混凝土的收缩和徐变进行应力试验。试验持续时间270-1080d。结果表明,轻骨料的含水率直接影响轻骨料混凝土收缩的发展速度,对徐变影响则较小。高含水率的轻骨料混凝土早期收缩小于相同强度的普通混凝土,但最终收缩大于普通混凝土;低含水率的轻骨料混凝土收缩始终大于普通混凝土。轻骨料混凝土的徐变系数小于普通混凝土,但由于轻骨料混凝土的弹性模量低于普通混凝土,徐变应力仍可能大于普通混凝土。

Shrinkage and creep of high-strength lightweight aggregate concrete

Abstract:High-strength lightweight aggregate concrete(LWAC)has advantages in large-span bridges and structures.The shrinkage and creep of LWAC were measured with average 28-day compressive strength ranging from 48.7 MPa to 72.2 MPa for time durations varying from 270 to 1 080 days.The test results show that moisture content of the lightweight aggregate significantly affects the shrinkage but has little effect on the creep.Compared with normal concrete with the same strength,the LWAC with higher moisture content has lower shrinkage at early ages but higher shrinkage later.The shrinkage of lower moisture content LWAC is always higher than that of normal concrete.The LWAC creep coefficients are lower than that of normal concrete,but creep strains are usually higher due to the lower elastic modulus of LWAC.
