| 摘 要： | 体育教学的基本任务应为：锻炼学生身体，增强学生体质；系统地传授体育基本知识、基本技能和基本技术；对学生进行思想品德的培养。在教学中，教师要根据教学内容，精心选择适当的教学方法与学法进行讲解示范，提高教学效果。

In the process of teaching, teachers should carefully select the appropriate teaching methods and learning methods in order to improve the teaching effect according to the teaching content. |
