摘    要:以相应的取代苯肼盐酸盐为原料,通过缩合反应及改进后的Vilsmeier反应制备了含吡唑环的芳香醛,通过1 H NMR、质谱和元素分析表征了其结构,对Vilsmeier反应的条件进行了优化,对反应的影响因素进行了分析与探讨.

Abstract:A series of novel arylformylpyrazoles were synthesized by condensation reaction and Vilsmeier reaction with the substituted benzene hydrazine hydrochloride as raw material.The structures of these compounds have been characterized by 1H NMR,MS and elementary analysis.The conditions of Vilsmeier reaction have been optimized,the influencing factors of this reaction have been discussed.
