| 摘 要： | 主要设计了以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心的带式输送机控制系统,详细叙述了该系统的硬件电路,并给出了相应的软件流程.对输煤过程控制系统相关的控制技术和控制系统进行了描述.集中控制系统采用集散控制技术,在胶带输煤现场由各个工作站采集的数据,通过电缆送到主控制室进行处理.整个控制系统完成对系统的监测与控制,使整个生产过程计算机化,进而形成一种规范性的管理.

| Abstract: | Belt conveyor automatic control system based on PLC and hardware circuit and software flow chart of the control system are designed in detail.Then the control system and control technology relevant to process control system are described.Centralized control system applies distributed control technique;it transmits the data collected in each work station of the belt conveyor site to main controll room for processing by cable.The control system completes whole system monitoring and controling,makes the production process computerized,so that a kind of normal management is established. |
