Division and Recognition of the Desired Characters in Complicated Instrument Surface Image

In this paper, a personate technology scheme which is to divide and recognize the desired charactersfrom complicated instrument surface image is presented. The scheme synthetically employs a lot of image process techniques which enable it to eliminate all kinds of disturbances. Moreover, the scheme is adaptive to analogical image. For the images in our experiment, the scheme is highly effective. As the division and recognition of the desired characters in complicated instrument surface image is one of the conjunct points between electro-devices and non-electro devices, the scheme is instructional and potentially widely used.
