The design of Internet application programme based on Windows Socket

With the development of computer technology and popularization of Internet,the design of Internet application programmme is more widespread,thus it is very important to design application programme in internet.In this paper,knowledge of TCP/IP programming interface,Windows Socket in windows is firstly summarized;Secondly,the classification and the basic principle of programming about connection-oriented Socket are introduced and the mechanism of using Socket to implement internet communication in windows environment is analyzed.Finally,the paper elaborates how to design connection-oriented client/server programme in Internet application,which is based on Windows Socket.In conclusion,when Internet application programme based on Windows Socket is created,it is necessary to code application programmme for both servers and clients.
