齿轮倒角特征族的集成加工支持系统

摘    要:针对各类汽车同步器齿轮倒角在加工参数计算和信息集成上所存在的问题,提出齿轮倒角特征族的概念,并以此为理论基础构建集成加工支持系统.本系统采用5层体系架构,实现了系统流程管理和信息存储管理之间的分离.分别从计算流程、接口技术和结果重用3个方面,以通用模型建立、图纸信息标准化、方案存储等关键技术为代表,对系统的支撑技术体系进行深入阐述;最后辅以具体算例应用该架构所构建的齿轮倒角特征族集成加工支持系统表明,该架构降低了计算过程的复杂度,增强了系统的集成性和扩展性,显著地提高了生产效率和加工精度

Abstract:A concept of gear chamfering feature family was proposed to solve the problem of processing parameter calcula-tion and information integration for gear chamfering of vehicle synchronizers.Based on the concept,a supporting system of integrated processing was constructed.In the system,a five-layered structure was adopted to separate the management of system flow and information storage.The supporting technology was described from three aspects including calculation flow,interface technology and result reusing.The key technologies,such as general model building,drawing information standardization and case storage,were given.Finally,a calculation example was put forward to verify the feasibility of the system,and the result illustrates that the supporting system of integrated processing for gear chamfering feature family can effectively reduce the complexity of calculation process,enhance the integration character and expansibility,and obviously improve the productivity and machining accuracy.
